March for Babies 2011

We had the March for Babies walk yesterday morning - and we froze our behinds off!  It was seriously cold.  On May 1st - what in the world.  We still had a wonderful turnout - we have so many family and friends who continue to love & support us and it truly means so much.  I did get some random shots of our group after the walk - some had left and my fingers froze after 2.3 seconds of having my gloves off so they were quick snaps and we were headed to warmer weather!  (a heated car - not anywhere fun!)  We raised almost $1000 and are so grateful for the generosity for this wonderful cause.  (I dont know why it only shows $25 on my side bar).
Kali all bundled up - she slept through the entire walk!
My sister (on right) and her bffffffff Kaitlyn (who is practically my second sis)
Kal, myself & Joshua.  We were all bundled up - couldnt see our Emma t-shirts - or Kallen for that matter!
They had stars lined up for each family team - here is ours!  (Our Emma)
Adrian all snuggled up & warm!
Hannah!  Such a sweet & cute girl!

Thank you so much for each and every person (& baby!) that came out in support of this wonderful cause that means so much to us.  We miss Emma everyday and I love that we can have this time each year to walk to raise money & awareness for the fight against prematurity and pregnancy complications.  We hope and pray one day that ALL babies are born full term, healthy & happy, what a wonderful day that will be!

What a wonderful race. Thank you so much for sharing! I'm sorry it was so cold for ya'll. You honored Emma in such a special way, and I am certain she is so proud of you.

Kali is a doll just like her big sister!! She is growing so quickly.

I think about you often and just treasure you. You were so quick to encourage my heart right after Reese went to Heaven, and I'll never forget it.

    Your family is beautiful.
